This service provides automated, informational reports generated from answers provided by users. Reports are created using predefined criteria and structured analysis.
Reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice.

The reports generated by this platform are automated and informational. They do not:

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •The platform and its reports are provided "as is" without warranties
- •We are not liable for decisions made based on reports
- •We are not liable for delays, errors, or omissions in reports
- •Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the report
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility:
Where a paid report fails to generate due to a technical error, you must contact Support and provide your Assessment ID and email address. We will attempt to regenerate and supply the report. If we are unable to do so, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are not available for:
- •Completed reports that generated successfully
- •Reports where the user is dissatisfied with content or scores
- •Free assessments
To request a refund for a technical failure, please contact support with your assessment ID and details of the issue.
Service measurement
We record anonymised website journey and conversion events to keep pages reliable, reduce abandonment, and improve clarity before checkout. These metrics are designed not to include your assessment answers, name, email address, or payment card details.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
