The reports generated by this platform are automated and informational. They do not:

KinClarity, KinClarity Assessment System, associated product names, assessment structures, report formats, scoring models, written content, visual design, templates and software workflows are proprietary assets of the site operator unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved. Third-party names, services or marks remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •We are not liable for decisions made based on reports
• •We are not liable for delays, errors, or omissions in reports
• •Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the report

Refund eligibility:

Where a paid report fails to generate due to a technical error, you must contact Support and provide your Assessment ID and email address. We will attempt to regenerate and supply the report. If we are unable to do so, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are not available for:

• •Completed reports that generated successfully
• •Reports where the user is dissatisfied with content or scores
• •Free assessments

To request a refund for a technical failure, please contact support with your assessment ID and details of the issue.

We record anonymised website journey and conversion events to keep pages reliable, reduce abandonment, and improve clarity before checkout. These metrics are designed not to include your assessment answers, name, email address, or payment card details.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
